At Lumetza, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days after delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the Hydrating Copper Peptide Essence must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for skincare products that have been opened or used.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
